Demand money for things that are not mentioned during the buying process, referring to their terms policy. Position themselves as sworn translators, but do not deliver. Not to mention them putting themselves on search results for sworn translation keywords. UPDATE: Spanish group ALLEGEDLY tries to manipulate reviews, some individual contacted me and proposed to delete my review for partial refund. Probably someone looking for justice after this "false" review was noticed.
