These folks are borderline scammers. For any official translations, their translations are not acceptable. We had several things translated by them that we couldn't use. Initially they offered to do new, sworn translations and only charge us the difference in cost. However, the documents had to be updated at that point so they said we had to start over. They took a new deposit from us, and then quoted an outrageous price for the translation of $75 per page, when the rate locally here in Spain is around 20-30 euro per page. Then they refused to refund us even though we immediately canceled, and even though we were not given an accurate price from the start. I called customer service, and they basically said "oh you just have to keep pushing for a refund via email". I have been emailing with them back and forth for 2 weeks with them claiming they are considering the issue. Don't bother with them, go straight to a sworn (jurada) translator.

Me di cuenta que hubo errores en mis traducción con ellos, necesitaba las traducciones con urgencia y me lo hicieron en un par de días desde luego que vuelvo a trabajar con ellos.

Gracias a Dios, puso esta página en mi búsqueda, pues necesitaba la traducción de un documento y mi abogado me dio opción hacerlo en la página que ellos usan pero se me hizo muy caro, entonces busque y encontré THE SPANISH GROUP, y a pesar de que pedí mi traducción urgente, que es un lapso de 24 horas, me salió a mitad de precio y en menos de 24 horas y obtuve una traducción bellísima, a parte de la amable atención que tienen cuando uno les llama para saber como va la traducción . Ahora tengo un lugar para usar y para recomendar. Gracias por su profesionalismo y eficacia . Tengo mucha bendición de haberlos encontrado.

Quiere escribir sobre mi experiencia de una manera constructiva, solicite una traduccion el jueves 26 y me llego hasta hoy, al momento de cotizar se presentaron malos entendidos y El Pago que hice no fue El esperado por The Spanish Group, sugiero revisar bien el tema de las cotizaciones para evitar estos inconvenient es, la Fortaleza es que The Spanish Group acepto ayudarme y no cobrarme mas por mi traduction, se tardo un poco pero con la ayuda del Angel, un funcionario de servicio al cliente de esta Empresa todo fluyo de la mejor manera, de seguro recomendare El trabajo de esta Empresa y espero poder utilizarla a futuro.

He realizado varias traducciones con esta empresa y la verdad son muy confiables y brindan un maravilloso servicios. 100% recomendados !

Very unprofessional! I requested a quote for 14 pages which I needed to be translated very urgently. The quote I got was incorrect, as they only charged for 1 page. I tried all ways possible to get the money back or a new quote for 13 pages. There was not way to make this possible- They will just not help me out. I had to filled a refund trough PayPal which they denied saying that the shipping track was sent? For an online service!? Ridiculous! Not helpful at all! Very sad because I used this service several times but clearly quality and customer service in on the DECLINE! Customer Service contacted me after I filed this review and they have refund me. Still can't give a total good rating on this, but at least they were responsible enough to contact me and solve my case.
