I've used this agency several times, and I've found that things only go smoothly when the translation task is very simple. Their customer service is terrible — there’s no consistency, as a new agent seems to respond each time, requiring explanation from the beggining. To make matters worse, no one follows up, so you have to really insist to get any resolution. I would not recommend this agency unless you have basic needs and don't mind taking risks with their service.

I did ask for a quote and how many days they will deliver, then they ask for more money and they didn’t send the documents in time plus don’t answer calls or emails. If you are in a hurry, make it with someone else

I did some research and first of all found some shady companies there. Spanish Group put me in touch with a coordinator who gave me the attention needed, answered my questions and gave me a great price. Once I paid the items were ready to perfection within one or two days and everything was delivered in PDF, I was able to download and upload on the Government site the documents with Notary stamps.
