We needed to translate several official documents urgently. The Spanish Group did a good job and made a swift delivery. Their customer service is also excellent. I appreciate the submission process for translation projects on their website which was very simple to follow.

To place my order, I uploaded the file that needs translating and payed the amount that they said was due. I then received an email saying that I had only paid for one page when my file was two pages, and that it was going to be double the cost. I am not the one who determined how much to pay, they did! I’m giving 2 stars in the end because after contacting the help desk, they fully refunded my order and were very gracious about it.
