Avoid like the plague. The cover wasn’t suitable and after two weeks I am still waiting for customer services to give me a return address. Each request for return was met with a “you can keep the product for a discount”. I kept telling them I just wanted to return and finally after four emails they said ok but instead of giving an address referred me to their T&C’s with I found was a US address. I have emailed five times since, asking if they have a UK address and all I get back is “you can find the address on our T & C’s. The agent does not read the email properly and I’m beginning to wonder if she is a robot! It’s not at all obvious when ordering the items have to be returned at great cost to the States. This has been one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I have had in a long while. Please don’t order from them.

I measured my 2 seater sofa was less than max measurement for 2 seater cover with over 15cm leeway. Doesn’t fit and looks rubbish and they won’t refund. Complete waste of money

The Company is miss selling their items. I purchased 100% waterproof sofa cover in Aug 2021 and last week, my son accidentally spill water and it sip through the cover and has spoilt the sofa!! When I wrote this to the customer service, instead of clarifying the item, I was advised no refund as i have pass the 14 days period. WHY ARE THEY MISS SELLING THE ITEM. PLEASE BE WARN WHEN BUYING FROM THEM

Great covers for our old sofas. Bit tricky to fit tightly, but once sorted look great.

I ordered and received a yellow cover.It looks wonderful and really brightens my sitting room. Gives a new lease of life. Thanks

My experience has been similar to other reviews. The sofa cover was not suitable, I requested a refund and was first sent instructions to fit the cover (already followed, it's not suitable), then followed refund offers of 35%, 50%, 70%. I'm still waiting for a reply as I just want a refund on an item that is not suitable. The customer service has been poor and slow. Overall a very disappointing experience. The company is based in the US, nowhere on their website does it say you have to return items to the US, it is a very misleading returns/refund page. Future customers beware!

POOR SERVICE. I requested a refund as the product was not suitable. So far I have had the following RSVP's: Explanation on how to fit the covers (no, I want my money back) 35% discount (no, I want my money back) 50% discount (no, I want my money back) 70% discount (no, I want my money back) PLEASE JUST GIVE ME A REFUND AS ORIGINALLY REQUESTED!!!!!!
