I ordered 4 plants from this store. 1 of them arrived basically dead with the stems so damaged I don't think it will recover. Another arrived very sick and the wrong color which will never match the intended look. The third and fourth were intended to be large plants, but they arrived ~1/3 of the number of stems and 1/2-2/3 of the advertised height. I would never order from here again.

19 days after I placed the order, the package still hadn’t shipped even though it was supposed to ship within 6-8 days of order placement. I reached out via email to customer service and recieved what felt like an automated response to which I repeated my unanswered question asking why it hadn’t shipped yet. Crazy enough, the next day my order shipped! I reached out again to ask (a third time) why it took so long to ship. I recieved a rather abrasive response saying emailing multiple times was not necessary, the admin team was small, and it took a long time because of weather. I responded asking how I was supposd to know this, what my expectations for delivery should be if I make a future purchase (considering the 6-8 ship window was clearly wrong), how I should expect to be contacted for future delay, and if my order would have ever shipped if I didn’t follow up on it. I still haven’t received a response……. needless to say, they lost a repeat customer. What a shame.

I ordered from the Sill and it was a mess. I do understand the damage could happen during transport but the problem here is, the Sill customer service never came back to me after I filed the damage report and requested the replacement. From the look of other reviews, I say they do this intentionally. Malpractice. Don't buy from them.

A broken mess on arrival. Sent as a thank you gift to a client. Customer sent me pictures of the disaster in his living room (dirt and broken pottery all over his floor). He told me he sat on hold with The Sill's customer care and they never picked up. I was so embarrassed to give this gift. A very poor experience. I will never use them again.

Ordered a Christmas gift on 11/29 and still haven't received it (12/18). I have contact customer service multiple times, via email, online chat, and phone. Still unable to reach anyone.

Plant arrived dead, customer service tried to do the whole store credit or replacement bullshit after I had already clearly requested a refund. Then tells me I won’t be fully refunded because of the pot it came in. LOL. what a joke.

I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience with the sill so far. The plant I received looks nothing like the photo, it’s damaged and unhealthy. The customer support team has been so difficult to reach and when they finally responded they just offered me tips for caring for my plant and a discount on a future order. They say they will send you a new plant if there is an issue in the first 30 days, but that was never offered to me. I’m so upset that I ordered from them. A complete waste of $100.

FRAUDULENT! They steal your money! Tried to buy a plant for a bereavement gift, they charged my credit card, and never followed up with a tracking number OR delivered a plant to my gf. I can't believe people do this. I'm out $85 and no gift for my grieving gf.
