Cara is the absolute best design representative I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable about RTA's products. When I don't know what to do with a design, I simply describe my thoughts and ask for her opinion on how to solve it. She is like magic, coming up with solutions. She consistently provides the best solutions and designs to meet my needs and those of my clients. representative I have ever worked with. She is extremely knowledgeable. Online assistance was VERY good, we had created a shopping cart earlier with a color and style we wanted but never placed the order. In the meantime it appeared that style was discontinued and we reluctantly were going with a different style when I asked the online chat about earlier samples we had ordered. At that time they said the Royal Bronze was still available! We ordered immediately!

Great way to order cabinetry! Was able to use the online 2D & 3D tools to create spaces I wanted to visualize for my kitchen. There was always help available for any questions, suggestions and ideas via phone or email. I love my cabinets, was thrilled with the choices, got my sample & went with it. Double checked all my components, etc. with RTA. More affordable than other options I found out there, this worked perfectly for me. I also got a small 3 cabinet bank for the laundry room above the washer & dryer, so easy!! Thank you!!
