Jennifer was lovely to work with. The only thing I wish had gone a touch better is nailing down all the design aspects of our cabinets sooner, rather than it being drug out for 2 months. Discussing dimensions over email was tricky at times and it took about 2 months of email correspondence before we could feel ready to order. I think having more phone access, and longer phone calls at times to further the design along would have expedited the process. Also, our designer was willing to let us lead the process, which is great, but could have been better to have been told things like, “to maximize every inch of space in your kitchenette, you could consider having a smaller sink to make room for the lazy Susan corner base cabinet.” Sometimes I enjoy being led towards a design option rather than having to make it up, and ask for it.
