The RTA Store has been a life saver for my husband and me. We've been planning our house for what seems like a very long time and the prices we were quoted for our kitchen were outrageous. We stumbled upon the RTA Store quite by accident really and it was the best dumb luck we've ever had. Virginia in the design department was so helpful and kind, answering every question we had and put up with us in an exceptionally efficient manner. I must say she was much more responsive than anyone--and I mean anyone--else we've dealt with so far. Elizabeth C. is not only a truly gifted designer, I’m pretty sure she’s also a saint! She answered all 1,001 of my questions and provided me with options. I love options! She completely changed the layout of what was a boring kitchen and I could not be happier!

Before finding RTA Store online, I went into several stores IRL - big box stores, small shops where I thought I'd get more attentions, etc. I didn't know the first thing about remodeling, so I thought seeing products in person, and talking face to face would be best. But I always felt awful leaving the stores. The salespeople - always men - talked down to me, their tone implying, "Let us tell you how this works, little girl." I left feeling belittled, dumb and overwhelmed. All that changed when I worked with Christina online. When I told her I was new to this, she said simply, "Well. That's OK. I'll answer any question you have." And she did - without the attitude! I was worried about not "seeing" products in person, but their door samples are fast and easy to obtain. I'll never go to a store IRL again.

We know that it can be difficult to make such an important purchase online, without actually seeing who you're working with, but we've made it a goal of ours to make each and every customer feel completely comfortable and confident with their purchase. We get that most of our customers are first time purchases, DIY'ers, and not professional installers so we take it one step at a time to make sure that all questions get answered. Never feel any pressure to order, browse and ask questions on your own time frame and always feel free to make as many changes to your design as you'd like, we want it to be absolutely perfect before you order, we never want anyone to settle! These folks are crazy good. I sent in my "drawing" and measurements and wow. They got it so right. The communication was fantastic and felt like I was their only concern. Everyone from the Chat to Design has been super helpful. I'm excited to get these cabinets installed and using my new kitchen!

Elizabeth was extremely helpful in the design process. We had gone back and forth on the design for a couple weeks. She was very patient with us as we made changes and sometimes returned back to the original design. All in all very good experience.

Working with folks at The RTA Store was easy and pain free, they walked me through the entire process to ensure you get the right cabinets for my project. This was the first time I had ordered anything like this for my home. The staff is prompt and courteous. Kristen guided me through the measurements and provided the guidance I needed to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed. The color rendering of the installed cabinets in the space made it easy to decide on the style and color. The cabinets arrived in a few short days and were packaged properly to prevent damage during shipping. I will definitely use The RTA Store for my next project!

Outstanding Company. From the design artist to customer The RTA Store is No. 1. The cabinets were better than the Big Box store cabinets that we were considering. All wood construction with soft close doors were the determining factor in us going with The RTA Store.
