My wife and I were looking at updating our kitchen with new cabinets (long time coming) and I didn't want to go through a cabinet company to install the cabinets, but rather do it myself, as I knew it would be very expensive. I'm pretty good with measurements and all, and have done a couple things at home. I came across RTA Cabinets. To make a long story short, I needed assistance. I had all my measurements of my kitchen cabinets mapped out on paper, but needed someone to bring it to fruition. I reached out to RTA for assistance, and I got Kathyrn Haynes, Sales Associate. She provided me with a physical drawing with measurements and later a 2D and 3D model, so I can envision what my kitchen cabinets would look like. I was impressed. She assisted me throughout the entire process: from beginning to the end, making sure the measurements were correct and what I wanted, and gave me much needed advice. We went over everything several times, confirming the final outcome, including accessories for the cabinets and drawers. Her assistance and advice were invaluable. I couldn't have done it without her. She was kind, friendly and professional and very patient with me, as I went through several changes. Her customer service went far and beyond. Because of her, my wife and I will have the kitchen of our dreams, finally after 40 years plus. I definitely will recommend RTA to friends and neighbors. Thank you again, Kathryn. The options were excellent. My designer was friendly and very helpful. The delivery was exceptional and the cabinets were all undamaged and high quality.

made a incorrect delivery right. low hassle to get it fixed. I appreciated the willingness to make a wrong right. the kitchen came out amazing. just requires a little patience, some of our cabinets were missing and we received ones we didn’t order. be aware though if you are handicapped, like myself, the delivery services expect you to somehow help them offload their trucks. This happened on both of our deliveries. They were not very accommodating when it came to that. We had a driver throw a fit over the fact I couldn’t help him, despite my condition. The drivers would come with no electronic pallet jack/ lift to unload their trucks, one man teams, etc. Not really prepared to do the delivery. This part can be aggravating at least.

First of all, past history of working with thertastore.com, always great quality at a fantastic price, extremely helpful service and advice, especially with Jamie Robertson who went far and above to accommodate our needs and make this happen! After owning and operating a high end kitchen cabinet dealership (St. Charles, Woodmode, and Allmilmo) for 20 years, I can do everything and more to create the perfect project with what thr RTA store has to offer!
