I was pretty nervous about buying new cabinets and getting the measurements right. RTA's designer gave me new ideas for the space and made sure I had all the correct cabinets and accessories. They were very patient with my questions and changes. Very helpful!

I dreaded the process of kitchen design and was apprehensive with doing the online route. Kristen was patient and very helpful. I really appreciate how accessible she was in responding to my many questions.

I had a wonderful experience with our designer, they went above and beyond to answer any of my questions, give aesthetic advise, and make the ordering process so much simpler. We would not have been able to do this process as easily without a designer! I think it would have also been easier to make mistakes on what to order without a designer putting everything you need in the cart for you.

I received an email from RTA unsolicited and had no idea who they were so I almost put it in "trash". I'm SO glad I didn't. I could not recommend any thing that would make my experience so far, any better. Working with Kristen, my kitchen designer, was such an enjoyable experience. She was prompt in email responses and obviously knows her job well. On the phone she was helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I had no idea what I wanted and her guidance was appreciated. All email communication with other areas in the company such as when I ordered samples, and finally when I placed my order, were prompt and thorough, which made the process seem less intimidating. I have never done a total kitchen remodel in my life and it felt overwhelming but RTA helped every step of the way. I've told everyone I know about RTA and couldn't be happier.

I am not sure how it could get any better. Ms Virginia Porten, was fabulous. I could not believe that THIS service came with purchasing from theRTAStore. I am a professional interior photographer, you cannot get services of this quality free. Ms Porten is a design specialist that made great suggestions, sent drawings and a 3d version of what our kitchen would like this. This helped us visualize everything. A++++
