great customer service despite some damage in the deliveries, they were great to deal with to get me the replacement products. And now my kitchen looks great for probably half the cost of a contractor remodel. Plus, I can say that "I did it!"

I called in and talked to a wonderful sales representative, Rebecca, who helped me out tremendously. I had a lot of questions to clarify what I was ordering as well as warranty concerns. She helped me for nearly 45 minutes and was patient, polite, pleasent, friendly and over all terrific. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience, especially dealing with Rebecca. And the bonus was she helped me save a lot of money on my order once I understood a few options I chose were not necessary. And then the icing on the cake was the 10% professional discounts was just great! Thank you again, Rebecca!
