The RTA StoreReviews of thertastore.com

After our bathroom cabinet order and remodel project from 2024, we finally started tackling the kitchen in late 2025. The team was always willing to help and answer any number of questions, guiding us along the way. Christina Geary was our design specialist again and she was on top of everything. She provided multiple revisions based on our updated specs, input and requests. Never once did Christina display frustration with us or seem tired of us. We ran into an issue with one of the cabinets we received. Ini stayed in constant contact with us until the issue was resolved to our satisfaction. She was so professional and cordial. Also, thanks to Kemeisha for her assistance and guidance. Once the kitchen is complete, we'll do our best to post photos. You can bet if we have another remodeling project requiring cabinets, we'll be checking out RTA again!

Friendly sales and service crew! Easy to work with. Quick shipping and 100% of the 20+ cabinets and accessories arrived in excellent condition. Thanks!

Christine, the customer representative I worked with, was super helpful and informative as I learned to use the RTA kitchen design tool. She was very patient with my initial questions through to the completion of my order. The design and purchase were completed in only a couple of days and that included several kitchen design options to choose from. Besides the great customer support, the breadth of cabinet lines available from The RTA Store is amazing and very competitively priced.

Sherry was a big help, patient, and a pleasure to work with. She was creative with our unique kitchen parameters and quirks. We are so happy with our design!

All staff where helpful and knowledgeable When we had a problem it has address right away

First of, the customer service is on another level. Anytime I have a question or concern, their whole team are on it, they create an email thread and everyone’s on it and they resolve every issue I have together. That is my favorite part. I am very appreciative of them

the company worked with me so patiently from start to finish! They replaced 3 items where the paint had dripped or where it had been chipped. The replacements were quick and effortless on my part. This company took a massive amount of stress off my shoulders and I would definitely recommend!

We did our kitchen in 2016 and priced local lumber company with 34 cabinets. Was $16,000. Lowe's was $15,900. Deb read up on this company. Same exact cabinets shipped to us $5,900 and change. But hold on before you do a somersault, Deb and I put them together one at a time because we wanted to for the savings over two or three weekends and they were done. After I put nailors on top and lined up with bottoms, then we sheetrocked. Soft close drawers and doors. One of the 36" drawer fronts was drilled wrong they replaced immediately if not sooner. Zoom up to three weeks ago or maybe four the back rear plastic brackets both broke so drawer fell into bottom. No damage done, it happened when I was pulling drawer open so I caught it unloaded it. Released sliders removed. In touch with RTA Store they replaced immediately couldn't be more happy with these people. But I did ask if there was anything heavier? No. Did some digging, Blum Corporation offers Tandem Dowel Mounts supplied by Cabinet Parts Inc these are double the thickness really heavy duty. Which I bought 6 of, after buying steel and RTAs 6 supplied free which I still have no complaints. Eighteen mounts now in my possession. Blum BA295.6410 is the part number. My concern is I brought this up to customer services to show that the original plastic brackets after 9 years failed. Just sounding the alarm if this is a trend a away to stop the bleeding. I am a solutions guy not a blood guy, passing on info for the next person. If we happened to do another kitchen guess who we would be calling? RTA Store.com, we are a fan, for a little work gluing, screwing, brads in hidden areas.. How can you leave $10,000 on the table? It's only time, I have now to the finish line whenever that arrives.
