I consistently have great experiences with TherapyNotes, LLC. The Support staff is very helpful, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. They understand their software very well and know just how to resolve any issues that arise. They very patiently clear up my own lack of understanding and teach me how to go forward. Even though I benefit from talking in person to the support staff, I love the option of sending an email with my questions because it allows me to continue on with other work while I wait for the response- which is always within 24 hours and often less than that, and then I have the directions in writing for future reference.
