Very good customer services experience always!

When other therapists ask what practice management system and why I use I tell them TherapyNotes because it does everything I need it to do and more. But, the most important reason is that TherapyNotes' customer service is amazing. They resolve every question or problem quickly and they are always so kind, knowedgeable and "hand-holding." This is often a part of the work that therapists struggle with the most. TherapyNotes makes it easy and makes you feel that you are not alone.
