I am only in my 2nd full month of using Therapy Notes and am already finding it easy to use and helpful. I love the streamlined system, from scheduling, to recording payments, to documenting notes - a real time-saver in my practice. I also like the To Do list that reminds me when I need to read and approve of my student intern's notes. This really helps with the supervision process! In the beginning I made lots of calls for support and all of the representatives were knowledgable, helpful and patient! I'm giving Therapy Notes a thumbs up!

I have demoed and used a number of EHR systems for my psychology practice and none come close to what TherapyNotes offers. The smooth integration of billing, scheduling, clinical notes, and insurance claims is unmatched in any other system. Their customer support is also excellent. I'm not sure how I would ever run my practice without TherapyNotes - I recommend it to every colleague.

They are quick to respond to technical needs and questions and address any concerns with politeness and efficiency.

The staff at Therapy Notes is terrific! From a biller's standpoint the software is easy to use but there are times when we need a little help. The world of insurance can be frustrating to say the least but to know that the team at Therapy Notes is there for support makes things easier. They have always been so quick to respond to my questions. The first time one of their team answered a question I was so surprised to receive a response so quickly! Jordan helped me recently with an enrollment question and he did a superb job. I appreciate the fact that I have always been treated respectfully and with answers that are easy to understand. Therapy Notes has excellent customer service. Whenever I have had a problem with the software, I get a response within the hour via email. In addition, it is never a problem to get a live human on the phone to assist you as well. They will even work remotely to get you back online if you need that service as well.
