TherapyNotes, LLC was very helpful setting up Merchant Services Credit Card. They walk you through the whole process due to it is detailed enrollment and not friendly user. I was so grateful for their support with helping me setup our business to accept credit cards.

TherapyNotes is only one that appears to be most consistent with documentation standards of the profession and clearly in-line with HIPAA compliance. They had a significant outage a few months ago, which has never happened since being a customer for one year now. While TherapyNotes could have been more prepared, they took responsibility for their mistakes and regularly kept their users abreast of the situation. Lastly, their support is unparalleled. Other EMRs filter you through their email system and you cannot even talk to a person on the phone. This is not the case with TherapyNotes--they will overextend themselves to help you understand a feature or fix a billing issue you may have caused. Keep up the good work!
