It is by far the easiest and most reasonably priced! Their billing services to the insurance companies work very well!

Works very well most of the time. Sometimes is slow on updating schedule on all persons schedule. I.e. appointment shows up under the receptionist account but not therapist or vice versa, which can lead to problems when multiple people are making schedules.

Therapy Notes is very customer friendly and always trying to meet the needs of an ever changing health care. They are always welcome to recommendations on how to make Therapy Notes even better.

Their customer service / helpdesk team is very reliable, accessible, professional, and knowledgeable about the intricacies of their product and features. I would highly recommend this softer ware to any psychiatric / psychological practice, whether you have one employee or 50! I don’t know where I’d be without it!
