Trevor was our photographer and he was amazing to work with. We usually become very awkward in front of a camera, but Trevor quickly broke the ice and helped us look amazing! He is fun and professional and got so many amazing shots!! I would definitely recommend him as your photographer

Our photographer was Stephen B. He did both our engagement photos and Wedding Day. He was absolutely fantastic. He is very organized and easy to work with. Not to mention, he has a good sense of humor that made the day that much more relaxed. Our turn around to get our Big Day photos back was about a week-this was awesome. Pictures turned out very well. The Pros is awesome!! When I found out about The Pros, my husband and I were still looking for a few vendors to complete our wedding planning. The Pros website was so helpful! The website is super easy to navigate. The specific service we were looking for through The Pros was a DJ, and after answering a few questions (location, etc.), we were given a list of available DJ’s in our area, with links to bios of each one. Finding a DJ had been what I had been dreading the most during planning, having to wade through hundreds of reviews and suggestions that all said the same thing. The Pros made it so much easier! They gave me a manageable list of DJs in my area, making it easier to compare and find one we really liked. And as an added bonus, while watching a promotional video of one of the DJs in our search, we found out he was also a Justice of the Peace, which we also still needed, so we were able to knock another thing off our list! Once we decided on our DJ (Michael John Valenti, for anyone searching in CT), I was contacted by Leigh Ann from The Pros, and she was super helpful in giving me information about booking, payment plans, and a timeline for when I would hear from our DJ so we could start planning with him. I spoke to Leigh Ann a number of times, and she was always helpful and so sweet! I am so happy I found The Pros! We only utilized them for our DJ, but they offer a number of other services (photography, videography, etc) that make planning that part of your wedding easy and convenient. They were able to take something I was having a difficult time doing, and make the process so easy and efficient that it ended up being easy and stress-free! When I first got engaged after a few days I jumped the gun and wanted to book an affordable photographer- I spoke to both Renee and Hugh and they were both a big help- when I found out that I couldn’t choose my second photographer and it was going to just be decided for me I wrote them telling them I appreciated their help but I did no longer need their service. I could not chance not being happy with my photos on the biggest day of my life- I didn’t sign contracts and I understand I would lose the deposit I put down. It was then after I told them this they said that could pick my second photographer which was very nice but at this point I already spent a lot more than I was going to with the pros and booked a different photographer. If they told me that sooner I definitely would have stuck with them but I couldn’t -They reached out trying to make it right which I appreciate so much- they do seem to care about customers concerns which is a good thing and hard to find with a big company like the pros- again thank you Renee & Hugh for your help I do appreciate it.

What a disaster from start to finish. It has been such a mess from day one. The whole reason we went with the pros was because davids bridal recommended them and it was a one stop shop for everything. oh, please, don't make the mistake that we did. Our DJ destroyed our wedding with no announcements, his cell phone notifications going off during the ceremony on loud speaker, unorganized, no care attitude, none of the correct music including the song I walked down the aisle to! Plus they charged us an extra 100 dollars for extra equipment he claimed he needed to destroy the whole thing. thepros didnt get any of our orders correct and I was constantly chatting with an agent online or calling customer service and nobody ever knew what was going on. our wedding video was mostly shaky and blurry. this is only a few of the multitude of things that were destroyed by this company. really made our families so very sad.

Our photographer and DJ were fantastic and super helpful throughout the whole day.

Their deal for the simplicity package was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. We loved that they knew local photographers, and ours actually has worked at our venue before. This was a HUGE plus for us! Not to mention the price, we are on a tight budget (under 15,000 total) and this package was perfect pricing for us! Thank you again! We are so excited to be working with them! UPDATE: Now after the wedding I have even more amazing things to say about them! The photos were of the highest quality and my photographer knew exactly what I wanted. I even got the photos back within about a week from my wedding, super service and amazing quality for this kind of price! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

I loved working with The Pros! They were so nice and helpful and really easy to work with. I was set up with a great DJ who did everything exactly how I wanted for my wedding. I'd definitely recommend using them for other future brides.
