Rachel on the support team was most helpful. Rachel is the member of the customer service and support team that made my experience a great one. She went above and beyond in helping me accomplish my task. The Xtra-PC Ultra is a great product. Good turnkey solution for older computers. It extends the usable life of them!

Reliable company
This is a very reliable company to work with. I had a situation with my address and they not only corrected it they sent me a new one immediately… I would use them again without hesitation.

After I notified your company about the missing package you ask for information about what happened. You verified my info and let me know it was being shipped express mail which is more than you had to do. Thanks for your help and quick correction. The difference in a happy customer is the person that gets the complaint handled.
