I received an e mail on 1st March saying the photostick has been delivered to my home on 1st March at 0717 hours. I contacted UPS the carrier with my tracking number which UPS provide in USA the number not trackable in UK. I have e mail photoshop in USA to assist on 1st March, Today I have a notification notice in my mail from Royal Mail who hold my item to pay £12.90 (Royal Mail handling fee £8 the remainder import duties date 4th March

Don't buy from this company! I bought the device from an advert on Facebook, without reading reviews! What a silly mistake! It arrived while I was out, but could not be delivered because there was a Twelve pounds eighty pence Customs fee. I contacted the company regarding a refund, as this was not mentioned in the advert. They sent a curt response refusing a refund. Under British law this product would not conform to the Sale of goods act. I wondered if I should after all try it, but having read the reviews, no thank you! I will not buy from ads on Facebook again.

De er nogle kriminelle svin. Jeg har d.13/9 2018 bestilt og betalt 425,91 DKR. Beløbet blev trukket fra min konto med samme. Jeg har indtil dags dato ikke modtaget det. bestilte og betalte. Hilsen John Pedersen

Photostick have my money - and my photostick - and refuse to give me a refund or to resend the item (which was returned to them before it could be delivered successfully). Their attitude, when I finally received a response, showed a complete disregard for fairness or customer service. They seem to think they're within their rights to behave like this. Appalling treatment, which wouldn't be allowed under UK law.

I so wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased from these thieves. The photostick cost me over £70 and while I was waiting for it to arrive, I got a card through the door to say I had to go to the post office as I had to pay £23.50 customs charge. I was appalled. Nowhere was it clear that this might happen. In fact every page had “30 day no quibble money back guarantee” at the bottom of it! When I contacted the company I was firstly ignored and eventually received a response which basically said there is no refund if the stick is sent back because of refusal to pay customs charges. I have explained that I’m disabled, cannot get to the stick even if I wanted to! I believe I’m dealing with an outsourcing company in the Philippines, so I hold out very little hope at all. Whatever you do, avoid this company, the photostick and anything else they may make.

I have yet to receive my PhotoStick. I was out when the Postman tried to deliver it and as he wanted a £12.00 custom charge, he took it back to the sorting office . Having read all the awful reviews, I ask myself should I lose another £12.00 besides the money I have already paid for this product. Also I was unaware I would be expected to pay a customs charge which makes this photo stick expensive

Very very bad. It has never completed on my pc or my mac. It stops about half way or less. When you ask for support your get NOTHING back. I don't think they have support staff. Just a spam staff. Worse product I have ever bought...really. Worse they spam the heck out of you I receive more spam from this company then all other companies combined. at least one per day.
