I agree with all the other comments. This product is rubbish - and foolishly I have two of them! Both stopped working and when you insert the stick there is nothing there. I also agree about the extra charges - this is not clearly stated.Definitely a scam - avoid at all costs!

Absolute rubbish and very expensive. I can't open it again after spending 3 days downloading my photos. They don't appear to be on the stick and I can't open it. Had to pay an additional sum of £22.50 for VAT and PO charges. I believe this to be a SCAM.

Total waste of money. Stopped halfway thru copy and corrupted the Datastick so cannot access anything. Others have mentioned the Import Duty charged - nowhere on website is it mentioned. Great idea in principle but useless product. Do not buy. Get a flash drive and do it yourself.

Indeed there is a hefty customs/admin fee. I refused to pay up and it was returned by the Post Office. Refund refused and after pressure and action by PayPal a full credit has now been promised. Make sure your payments are protected and buy similar and maybe better from Amazon.

I am a U.K. buyer and you should be aware that the import of the stick from USA attracts a hefty fee ( £15.00) VAT and administration charge on top of the sale price. Didn’t see this mentioned anywhere in the sales narrative. Should have placed the order in the U.K. for a similar item and as far as I am concerned the item is nowhere near value for money

Ordered PhotoStick from Facebook, no mention made then about having to pay £ 12.90 customs fee, emailed company & they said clearly states in their terms & conditions that no refund will be given even if I don't pay customs charge & PhotoStick is returned to them. Don't buy from them!!

absolute waste of money! you have to pay through the nose for duty and then a royal mail additional fee of £8! thephotostick doesn't even work. contacted them for refund, no joy, company will promise you everything prior to purchase. then you have to wait weeks for any reply from them, for nothing! it's as much use as a chocolate fire guard! don't waste your money on this expensive rubbish! £75 down the drain!
