After some problems, mostly due to my lack of computer savvy, the Photostick worked as advertised. One Photostick which was obviously faulty was replaced without quibble.

Generally pleased with prompt delivery. Worked well but rather slowly.

App worked as advertised. Easy to use. Took two hours to download 750 files.

I recently bought 2 Photostick one for my laptop back up and one for my iPhone both of 128 g , have used them with out any complications. When installing the application for the iPhone be sure to install the new version because the old one won't recognize the stick.

My experience was exemplary: a return of a previous order and successfully downloaded 7k photos on my Mobile PhotoStick. It does take awhile to download a photo file this large so good music 🎼 is essential! Customer service and continued communications was fantastic even as all of us navigate this health crisis. Thank you and look forward to additional ordering.

I bought one it worked perfectly for a year or so then all of a sudden the PC (a mac) could'nt see it. I tried everything to no avail so got on live chat, guy apologised and said he'd send me a replacement and I thought yeh we'll see. Three weeks later it arrived as promised plugged it in and it backed up my photos perfectly.

I ordered one from their website direct on 05/10/19 and received a tracking number of which the last entry is on 07/10/19 at the USPS receiving facility. Sadly this has not arrived in the UK. I contacted them and was advised to wait until the 8 weeks for international deliveries has passed which it now has and I have contacted them again, this time requesting an immediate refund. I am waiting to see if this will happen. A bad experience. Update-Having sent them an email, their return email directed me to their live chat system on their website. Here is where I laid all my cards on the table I:e tracking and sales numbers with dates from which they confirmed the loss in transit and are sending me a replacement. They do state to allow 8 weeks for international transit on their website whereas items I have bought off eBay.com, the USA site have arrived here a lot quicker from the USA. Doubtless having to pay UK import charges will make this for an expensive purchase but if this really does work? It's what I will happily pay. I have taken the rating out of one star

I was recently directed to a site called ecomerz.pro via a link on a site called gadget reviews. A photostick was displayed and it was one with USB and micro usb connectors that could be used on phones tablets and computers both Apple and Android and pc . I bought one but when I got it it did nothing because it contained no loaded software. The seller ecomerz.pro claim their advert and offer is not for a photistick and the link to the gadget review site is nothing to do with them. What is worrying is that they appear unsympathetic and unconcerned. In view of my experience I would advise people to steer clear of such third party sites
