THephotostick arrived safely, and seemed to do everythng correctly, showing the number of photos,duplicates etc. I took it ou. Next time whern I put it in, the laptop said it would have to be formagtted in F....i allowed this, as I couldnot use it otherwise; it deleted everything, presumably the operating data, sonow I have a memory stick..and nothing else on it...

I have not yet tried whether the Photostick works or not but ny experiences with the Company have been horrendous. If you try to e-mail them, you are referred to the "Chtline" which quit frankly I found extremely unhelpful and avoiding the questions. I ordered a photostick from Facebook advert offering a 50% discount for a second stick. The link took me to the order page. I then discovered that the bill came through at a very exorbitant exchange rate from GBP to USD and with only a 40% discount plus shipping making it £8 dearer at proper exchange rates and 50%. Any approaches to them have bounced backwards and forwards between the support page and the Chatline.Their response is always "It is what it is". To add insult to injury I received a bill from HM Customs for a further £25 duty , Photostick say this is on their website but , if you reply via Facebook you are taken to the order page, not the website. Very poor support - be careful !

Beware! I paid £7.99 p&p but then had to pay another £21.60 customs. It’s for my partner’s birthday so he hasn’t tried it yet. So far not very happy .

This is a follow-up for my complaint about the quality of goods and inability to make contact. I am happy to say that after several attempts at Chat, I was given an opportunity to put my case for a refund. It was sanctioned and reimbursement was made yesterday. Thank you Trustpilot for allowing input about inferior goods and firms not living up to advertised expectations.

Mac Users Beware. I bought this to backup my iMac photo library. It is not easy to use. At first it found very few files. When I adjusted the settings it seemed to find my photos, but then it does not save them to the stick nor is there any obvious way to get that to happen. Not a user friendly device. I'm planning on sending it back. Update: Kudos to the company. I wrote requesting a refund, and within a couple of hours they issued a refund and told me that I didn't even have to send back the device. Not sure if my device was defective or just difficult to use.
