Ordered this, but never received it, although I am quite relieved now...luckily used Paypal so was able to get a refund. Must admit, I thought it was too good to be true?

stupidly bought one. if its sounds to good to be true, its not true. they say just plug it in and it say click go lol. i plugged mine in and for a split second it flashed the word photostick then disappeared. tried it on my new asus too, same thing. not even a chance to test it out and no r plies from site. over $120au crap

I purchased mine without reading reviews. It arrived ok though I haven't tried using it yet. The shipping may have been free but what they don't warn you about is the £25 I had to pay for Customs Duty.They don't answer emails or the phone so I definitely will NEVER order anything from the USA again!!

Wish I'd read the reviews first. Ordered 5th April, money taken from my account 11th April, it's now May 1st and still no delivery. but from the reviews, if and when it arrives, it's not going to be the all singing and dancing product the promotional video implies.

I ordered Ohotostick on 1 April. Today is 29 April. Still no delivery.

Just received my order of 2 PhtoStick mobile 2.0. What a piece of crap. Looks nothing like the image on their site and certainly not the quality of an original stick. I bought in the past and was pleased. I tried contacting customer service for a chat and was told they sent me an email to explain the difference in product I never got that email. I am now in the process of returning them. They give you 30 days from the SHIPPING date. So I now have 21 days during a pandemic to return them. Let’s see how long it takes to get my refund

I made the mistake of buying without checking the reviews, please do not make the same mistake! The app did NOT find even all my jpg files! Those it did find it wouldn't do anything with. Delivery was abysmal and their support not much better. Worst of all, I have been inundated with SPAM, all of which includes "You are receiving this email because [my email address] ordered from ThePhotoStick." Copying to it manually is SLOW and much slower than any other brand I have tried.
