Do you mean that you haven't tested a PhotoStick that you purchased? Or that you haven't purchased one: therefore don't know if it works or not? I guess I'm confused on that part of your comment. If you wouldn't like to receive emails for future offers & savings, there should be a small unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. It's a link that will direct you an alternate website, where you may unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can block emails, as you can like normal for anyone else you wish to be on your email's built-in blacklist system.

Hello Peter, sorry to hear that you've had some issues with compatibility. I wasn't aware that it was the practice of Support to contact customers 24 hours after initially reaching them. I would probably suggest contacting the Chat Support at https://www.thephotostick.com/pages/support . And asking for a replacement/refund. They should be able to provide an RMA and a location to view the Product Return Form.

Hello there Betty. Yeah, I see here that you ordered a PhotoStick 128 over 15 months ago. Back in July of 2019. Sorry to hear that your drive seemed empty. Sometimes the download process CAN indeed take several hours. It depends on the amount of files and size of those files. Maybe it's possible that the download hadn't had time to complete? It's a shame that it's well over a year since you tried it out, being that the return policy is two months.

Hey there Glyn, looks like your order was placed on Sept. 21, 2020. Your drive left our doors the next day on Sept. 22st (given to DHL for transport). According to DHL, your order arrived on Oct. 8th at 11am. 2-3 weeks is pretty common for International order, as is stated on the website. So, considering Covid-19 delays; you got yours pretty quickly :) - "Due to COVID-19 delivery times may be extended. International shipping is through DHL and local postal providers and we are experiencing longer than normal shipping to international destinations. Thank you for your patience as we work through this together. Most International packages are delivered within 2-8 weeks, however, some packages have been delayed by an additional 2-6 weeks."

Whoa Mike! That's no good my friend. DHL has been really good lately about it's delivery times. I would suggest contacting the chat support and asking about it. There will be a blue chat-bubble looking icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. They can help set up a reimbursement, if you would prefer that over a replacement. Take care!

Hey Don, it's a bummer that the PhotoStick seemed to get stuck at the 4% mark. Perhaps it was trying to begin the download of a larger video file? Sometimes those take a long while to download and the window can appear as though it in frozen. I would be interested in taking a deeper look at the problem with that particular one, to learn if there is a programming bug that could be shared with our software engineers.
