First of all, I waited forever for this thing to get to me. Secondly, it doesn't work! I've tried running this thing so many times I lost count! I followed the directions which are simply, "Insert the Photostick, click GO and that's it! Not! It found tons of pictures, but the bar got as far as 2%, then just stopped. I tried it again, it got to 4% and stopped. Then I put it over and over and over again, and the bar just had a blue line going across, like it was scanning. I left it alone FOR TWO DAYS, and it was doing the exact same thing!!! I paid $80 plus for this thing and I am beyond ticked off right now!! I finally got a day off from work, plugged it in, now the blue line goes like before, but all the 'numbers' that used to show how many places it scanned, and how many pictures it found, now just all show ZERO!!! I waited 2 years to finally buy this, and now that I finally did, I got screwed! Trust me, I've got a big mouth, every soul is going to hear my experience with this thing!!!!

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Ordered and paid for 2 sticks October 13. Still not received. Did their chat function at least 3 times now, canned response from reps who don’t read my requests for actual assistance each time. Left wondering how to either get a refund or find someone in the company who will actually check the details of why this is taking so long to receive.

I made a purchase for 2 128gb photo sticks. One of them is so defective that it malfunctions every time I insert it into the usb, the computer says there is a problem with this device and that it needs to be repaired. I have used the repair option with the computer and then it will find the pictures then it malfunctions again. No matter on how many times I have tried it and with different USB ports to see if that this might be the problem, but it is not just the device itself.. would like a refund or send another to me if possible.

I received the photo stick at 31.10 and I received the answer : USB device not recognized . The last USB device you connected to this computer malfunctioned and Windows does not recognize it . It is 128 GB device . Windows 10 O.S . Please help to work . This mail was sent twice to you but no come .

I bought 2 photosticks. One continually froze and had to exit. It said it found 4000+ photos but they didnt get saved on the stick. This happened every time I tried to use it. The second one scanned for 3 minutes and found about 200 photos. Very frustrating experience

Bought 128GB for use in MacBook Pro. Could not get it to work initially but did not have time to spend on chat communications. Got back to it few months later and spent 45 minutes on chat trying to get stick to recognise the file on Mac with photos but tech could never get it to communicate with the Mac files. Computer chat next day with new tech and he tells me the stick will not work on Mac Book Pro and need to purchase iPhone version. The Photo stick company proudly states on its web site soliciting your purchase the the "128GB for Mac, works on all Macs". Now I am out of the warranty period to return it (at my cost) and have been deceived into thinking it works on all Macs, when it does not, according to the Photostick Rep. Beware of being promised that it will work on your computer by Photostick when they know it will not and will not take it back when you find this out!

We ordered the 128GB unit and it arrived in a timely fashion. We installed and ran the program and it stopped working at 77% and 3.5 hours of upload. I contacted the chat bar and the associate spent over 2 1/2 hours working with me intermittently to no avail. After emailing the company we haven’t had any return contact hence no resolution in over a week. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and the inability to speak with a live agent.

Product did not work: constantly gave error message to insert the device. Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus/Android. Plus, it requires an adapter to connect with the USB C port on the phone. Cannot call support; cannot talk to a person: must use CHAT. Had to CHAT 2 different times as the first one did not follow through as informed they would.
