Very easy to use! I backed up over 13,000 photos using ThePhotoStick and I still have plenty of room for more. I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a backup solution to keep their files safe.

I was very impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and efficiency of this company. I had an issue with my order, entirely my fault, and they made every effort to sort out the matter. My original Photoshop was defective but…
My original Photoshop was defective but several months had passed since I purchased it. I emailed PhotoStick customer support and they put me in touch with Rachel. After a few emails to Rachel and providing the information requested, a new PhotoStick was shipped to me. Rachel did an excellent job resolving my problem. The new PhotoStick works great and I am able to backup my photos and contacts on my phone and iPad. I highly recommend PhotoStick.

Prompt refund for Tax relevant faulty bill.
Unfortunately was the value inside the parcel of the ordered PhotoSticks 50% higher than my payd was. So was the Taxes over 50% higher than normal. A short eMail to the support and Rachel (Director of Customer Relations) refund me with 50% of the payd tax. Great service for my first buy for two PhotoSticks. Other orders will follow next time!
