1Tb Photostick arrived today with £37.92 customs to pay. I got the $60 dollar discount but on the customs declaration on the package it showed the value as $189.95 dollars so I've had to pay VAT on the full amount, not the discounted amount. I've emailed them today so I await their reply. Other than that it appears to do what it is supposed to do.

Recently purchased this 128gb USB 3…
Recently purchased this 128gb USB 3 drive, have got over 50,000 pictures to backup. Had to pay an additional £20 UK postal/customs tax- be warned.
Not the best setup procedure to find folders to save/copy, it would be a bit easier if they used a Windows Explorer style folder with a tick box to select folders/subfolders.
After several failures to save selected had to contact support to help reset built-in software to default. They were very good on this and they supplied a special link to download the software and reinstall, this worked very well.
Unfortunately, after many attempts to save, reformat etc occurred as failed to save selected folders or all their content, there is a big design fault in the software, it appears to fail to recognise a large number of folders or pictures which requires a second or third attempt. After selecting the required folders to work with there is no "Save feature" so you can go easily to a predetermined backup, have to input details every time!
Support staff take 2-3 days to respond and supply good screen prints to follow, but software needs some work on it.
I am fairly good with computers, but an average user may struggle having to reformat/install several times.
Now waiting for further support, fingers crossed.

The product is ok, but I think if they mentioned that you have a £17 customs and post office surcharge on top of the £50 product cost they probably would not sell as many.
They told me it mentions it in terms and conditions - you may be liable to customs charge..a bit sneaky.
