Hello Gardin Thank you for your recent review. I am sincerely sorry for any confusion, but the phone you have (Older Motorola running an Android 8.0) is the issue. Even though the PhotoStick is technically compatible with Android 8.0, it may not function properly due to various factors, such as hardware limitations, outdated drivers, or specific compatibility issues with that phone model. Unfortunately, the Motorola phones drivers and hardware is the issue at hand. We do offer a 30 day return period starting the date your order is delivered to you. I see you are still within your return period, please contact support and ask for a customer support agent to provide you with the required RMA return form to return your order for a refund. I am sincerely sorry for any inconvenience and confusion with your phones OS and our system requirements.
