Terrible! I should have read the reviews first! My dad recommended The Photostick and it worked perfectly for him. It scanned and found 2000 photos and videos quickly on our Windows 10 PC then downloaded them very slowly. After 2 hours 33 were copied, then the PC shutdown voluntarily, halting g the process. Restarted and another 4 hours later 200 files copied. Stopped process, ran a scan on laptop in case fault was with that then tried again. Now PC does not recognise Photostick and says nothing in disk drive f. Wasted my money and presumably cant return the stick and it contains personal data that I can't access. Very disappointed.

When I ordered a Photostick the website had led me to believe it would take around 2 weeks to get to me in the UK. However, after I had completed the order and paid, I had a message saying it would actually take 30-40 days! It did arrive after 5-6 weeks and I tried it straight away. After a quick scan of the files on my computer it started to slowly back them up (about 7,500 files) but at the rate it was going it would have taken around 5 days, continuous, to complete! I contacted the support and they said I should format the photostick, which of course would delete everything from it. They sent me a link to download two new sets of software for it. Each of these took 1½ - 2 hours to complete installation. After this the backup did go faster but still took between 1 and 2 days to complete 7,500 files (32GB). After it had completed I found that browsing the photos was unsatisfactorily slow. My computer is only a few months old (Windows 10) so the speed issues must lie with the Photostick. The advertising claims that it is easy to use and backs up photos "within minutes". This is not true, in my experience! Also the tasks needed to get it working properly at all are ones which needed considerable experience and patience. I am returning the Photostick for a refund and I would advise anyone considering buying one to think twice before doing so.......

i recieved photostick 4 days ago followed instructions and after about 4hrs it stopped downloading photo,s. i checked photostick contents and could immediately see not all photo,s from laptop had been downloaded so i tried it again and it said it couldn,t find any photo,s then a box popped up saying there was corrupt files on photostick. i emailed company about problems and asked for refund they have not responded. Dont waste your money on this rubbish.

I purchased two Photosticks as Xmas presents and whilst the first did exactly what it was supposed to do the second stick would not work at all. The software stated that the stick was already 99% full before anything had been downloaded onto it. Repeated attempts to resolve my problem where thwarted by a very unhelpful help desk who seemed to put every obstacle in my way because I did not have my original invoice number. All other details were provided (date of purchase, card details, my own personal details) but without my invoice number they would not budge. I remain a very frustrated and unhappy customer.

I think this product is from the US, I'm in Australia, for some reason this product doesn't work for me and I don't know if it's due to the possible differences on my laptop compared to that in the US. But I wouldn't recommend anyone in Australia purchasing this product.

Bought 2 of the 64GB Photo -sticks and wished i had read these reviews beforehand, DONT BUY, they are rubbish, photo stick identified 8000 photo's about 30GB of data and took 25m to transfer 30 pictures and still managed to crash. It would not select pictures without becoming unresponsive and after a 36 hours of trying to transfer 8400 files we managed only 1000.

Biggest load of crap I have bought. Would not load. Says just click and go...not true. I have a new laptop with windows XP, your YouTube tutorials are crap. Anyone out there DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

PhotoStick took about 20 minutes to find 4000 images, great! Then it went into a ‘save’ program which took forever (days!) to save only 50%! It has now stopped completely! Am waiting for company response!
