Hello, Mr. Kyprianou. I am sorry for the inconvenience that ThePhotoStick 64GB did not complete it's cycle and that you feel ThePhotoStick gave your computer a virus. If you would like to reach out to our customer service technical support department one of our agents will be happy to explain to you that ThePhotoStick software is incapable of causing viruses on customer's computers. Our products are pictured on our website and should match what you ordered and paid for. I am sorry if the ad you saw is something other than what is on your order. Our customer service department can assist you with that issue as well. We have sold hundreds of thousands of ThePhotoSticks and we have satisfied customers world wide.
