I received the PHOTO STICK as a christmas present. I tried many different ways to open it on my PC Windows 10. Followed on line instructions. Could not load it. Then I noticed it was PHOTOSTICK2 , for mobile devices. I sent an e-mail Feb 7 explaining the problem. Debby responded to me within an hour ( on Sunday). She checked and found that they had shipped the wrong product and said the correct one will be shipped tomorrow Feb 8. Now THAT is CUSTOMER SATISFACTION folks ! I commend Debby on her speed, efficiency and solution to my problem. I would not hesitate to recommend this product and company. Thank you Debby

This product is a big help for anyone who wants to protect their photos and keep them organized. Having tech support available was a big plus too. I would highly recommend!

This was so simple to use and with the TPS app it was awesome. No difficult instructions, just plug in and go. Thinking about purchasing more as gifts to my sisters. Thank you!!!

The stick worked very well transfering the photos from my phone. But later putting the stick in my computer to check to make sure the photos were on the stick took over an hour, but my computer is old! All went well.

I got ThePhotoStick for my dad (he's in his 70s). After finally getting a smartphone a few years ago, my dad's been snapping photos of his grandkids, vacations, and even taking a few restaurant foodie shots (just like a millennial! I taught him everything he knows ;) ). He has THOUSANDS of photos. He had no problems getting his photos off his phone and onto his computer, but that's where things stopped being easy. He had tons of duplicates, was saving photos in every folder possible (desktop, photo folders, downloads folder, EVERYWHERE) and getting them organized was a nightmare. We got ThePhotoStick to see if it would help with organization and clearing up some space on his computer (for more photos of course!) and it worked perfectly. It was super simple to use and for that I'm really grateful. I'd usually be there in person to help my dad with his tech issues but because of the ongoing pandemic, I can only help through video chat. Luckily, I didn't need to! All he had to do was plug it in, tell it where to search, and let it do its thing. My dad has a ton of photos, so it took a little longer than we expected, but it got the job done (it recognizes duplicates too!) and now all his photos are safely backed up. Worth every penny!

Purchased two 128 GB photosticks mid December. Received into Australia in 14 days. Both worked initially then one stopped working as I was collecting photos from a second older computer. Not sure if my directory changes had an impact - Contacted Photostick by online returns and chat. No attempt by them to pass the blame - Photostick replacement agreed to and received in another 12/14 days. Both sticks now working fine. My photo storage was horrendous 2 computors / self, business and family photo storage - Many duplicates, triplicates etc - Tidied up now in one file - still need to do minor review of duplicates but now in one place - Skill and time to complete it about 10% of what i expected - Thank You. The photostick is a great way to back up all of your important photo memories from your phone or computer, easily and quickly. Just download the app, insert the photostick, and click a button! It really is that easy. I would highly recommend this as a great gift idea!
