We generally ship packages out of Colorado, USA the same day the order was placed. Unfortunately, the slow down is occurring on the international side. We have a message posted on our website (in the Shipping information section) noting the international Delays. We email all of our customers a "shipping confirmation" the day it ships out. That emailed shipping confirmation has their order tracking number. Customers are able to track their package using that information. Customers can also contact their local post office or customs department and ask what the delay is with their package delivery. https://www.thephotostick.com/pages/shipping Delays Most International packages are delivered within 2-8 weeks, however, some packages have been delayed by an additional 2-6 weeks. To minimize delays, be sure to provide an accurate shipping address and telephone number! Please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common.
