Customer Service Amazing
I stupidly bought the incorrect product for use with my Iphone and iPad. Not immediately realising this, I contacted customer services who got back to me virtually immediately offering advice and solutions. Eventually I realised I had probably bought the incorrect product and when I told them this they immediately refunded me despite the fact that it was my fault. I was extremely impressed with this exceptionally high level of customer service and would definitely buy from them again.

Brilliant customer service from Debby!
I saw an advert for the Photostick and it said something like it was for computers and phones, so I ordered 2 as there was a discount on the second one. When they arrived I saw that they only had a USB to fit a computer, not a phone, so I emailed the company to say the ad I saw was misleading and that I wanted a Photostick for both my phone and my laptop. I had a wonderful response from Debby who said she would refund my purchase and that I could order the Photostick Omni which would do both my phone and my laptop. And what was more, I could keep the Photosticks that I had! What brilliant customer service! I am just about to order a Photostick Omni! (And the one for the Laptop is just amazing - does exactly what it says it does!

This review is for a problem I had in Ordering The phototick. It was entirely my mistake. Rachel in customer service seems to have corrected by order for me and issued the proper refund to my account.Rachel took immediate action and responded to my emails Swiftly. Customer service was beyond my expectations. I look forward to receiving the product and will give a review of it after I've received it And used it.

ThePhotoStick is a must have...
This is a great product that is not only useful but also extremely easy to use. I had the pleasure of meeting Debby not too long ago through a matter of business. Not only is the product great, but she is as well. This is a product for yourself, friends, and family to keep your mind at ease. There are so many things that can go wrong with technology that having backups are a must. This product allows for your ease of mind to be achieved very easily. It is a simple but effective product with a beautiful app that is seamless to use. Highly recommend.

Customer Service
I ordered two PhotoSticks but needed to return them since I thought they would work with my phone, but the ones I ordered do not. I sent an email, and immediately got a message back from Debby telling me that it would be no problem, and she would make sure I got my refund back on my VISA asap. The money was back in my account before I even got my PhotoSticks in a return envelope!! The Customer Service is wonderful, as was Debby, and I will definitely consider ordering from this company again!!

Received my photostick quickly
Received my photostick quickly. Did not use for a while until I purchased a new phone. Installed the app on my phone without any issues. Data transfer was easy. I'll be buying some to use as gifts.
