Hi, thanks for the package of 3 Nos Photostick Omni 128GB. Tried saving files as per instructions but only a couple of hundreds out of 2 thousand over photos and videos were saved on Photostick. Its the same for all 3 units. Also, upon reading the package label, I was very surprised to be see I was charged USD99.99 and not as advertised: RM99.99! (Discounted 40% for the 2nd and 3rd units). Thats a lot of difference! I have tried again and again to see if the product worked, but it wouldnt. Regrettably, I have to return the units for a refund. Please inform me of the procedures.

Photostick is rubbish It gathers all sorts of irrelevant files also from unspecified locations.. Customer support appears not to understand or want to understand the problems encountered It's a complete waste of time and money I am going to format it and just use it as a storage item

Can't find my first review so here is my second. This product doesn't work. Customer service is inadequate. Correspondence with the company is ignored. Don't purchase this product. Received refund. Thank you Thephotostick.com.

The data was somehow erased from my PhotoStick Omni. Upon contacting PhotoStick support they seemed eager to help, but the assistance was less than satisfactory. I tried emailing them and they kept sending me a link which did not work. After 8 attempts they said they found an extra space in the link and sent me a new one. I was able to open this link in my download folder, then got a message saying this was incompatible with this version of my software. I also tried their chatline numerous times with the same responses. My take on this is that their support representatives are not technicians, but just go from a standard list of fixes that they cannot expand on. Then, after giving up I contacted customer support to exchange it for another. They denied it as it was a few days past their 30 day warranty. It was a gift and there was no way I would have gotten within the warranty period. You better be a technician to use this product. I would never buy one! Additional Information: On 1/30 I had contact 4 times with Jade. Sent screenshot, restarted computer and reinserted PhotoStick. Then was asked to try again. On 1/31 I had contact with Jade again after attempting a workaround without success. Sent links 2 more times which did not work. On 2/1 had contact with Jade, Prairie IT, and Enzo 8 times where I was again asked to try links at least twice. When I clicked on the a download I was sent,I got a message "Safari Can't Open The Page." I was later sent a Windows download. I was asked to check my download folder, and there was nothing new in it. With 1 link I got a message that it was an invalid address. On 2/07 I once again tried for assistance and Prairie IT instructed me to follow the instructions in the attached document. The instructions did not pertain to my issue. I then attempted to contact customer support to request an exchange. I received no reply. On 2/11 I again had contact with Prairie IT and Irah. I was sent an article about Open macOS Ventura May Cause Issues. My issues were not addressed in this article. Got a message that my package is incompatible with this version of MacOS. Sent a follow-up to Customer Support requesting an exchange. They replied this time with a denial. If additional information is needed I have the emails and chats that I could send copies of.

Bei Lieferung ( hat sehr lange gedauert! ) sollte ich beim Postboten zusätzlich über 20€ Gebühr bezahlen, obwohl ich schon 104,70 $ USD bezahlt hatte. Ich habe die Annahme beim Postboten deshalb verweigert. Päckchen ging am 9.1.23 zurück. Mein Geld habe ich nach vielen Nachfragen wo mein Geld bleibt erst teilweise am 8. 2.23 erhalten. Statt der bezahlten 104,70$ USD wurden mir nur 95,19 $ USD zurück überwiesen!!! Bei Prairie IT Vorsicht bei Bestellungen!!!!

It’s useless. No better than a basic memory stick. Photos and files taken from an iPad are just dumped there. they aren’t organised in any way. Music files are mixed in with photos and duplicates are not removed. It takes ages to browse through them. I tried it on my laptop as well. initially there was a screen that had some options such as remove duplicates. A screen you don’t get on the iPad. Half way through the back up it failed. I took it out and when I put it back in it wouldn’t work. Just keep getting a message to re format it. So, I have copies of my photos from my iPad on it, but not my laptop. They are not organised in any way. And there’s no apparent way to get them out of the photo stick, for example if you wanted to print or transfer one photo to another device. It takes ages to arrive from the USA as well. All in all. A very expensive and very basic memory stick that simply doesn’t do what is advertised. Don’t waste your money.

Previously purchased a 128 photostick said it was full and appeared about 70% OF MY PHOTOS HAD BEEN DOWNLOADED , so bit the bullet and purchased a 256 stick ,started to download the the stick failed , went blank .have today tried to find photo's on the 256 meg stick would say only 10% of the images are there , and many many multiple images , have not contacted photostick as no phone number , and when I went to the chat line the 256 image was greyed out so could go no further . would have given them both zero stars if i could an expensive useless experience Grant

Habe den Stick auf der deutschen Website (mit Weiterleitung auf die Originalwebsite) für $ 188,00 USD (inkl. Shipping und Taxes) bestellt. In Deutschland kam noch eine Zollgebühr von 32,79€ hinzu. Stick auf mehreren Geräten erfolglos ausprobiert. Schrecklich langsam und in den ersten Minuten immer wieder die Datenübertragung abgebrochen. Dieser Stick funktioniert nicht! Eine Rücksendung in die USA hätte mich nochmal 59,00€ gekostet… Habe Stick weggeworfen und bin um eine Erfahrung reicher. Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg!
