We recently switched to The Pets Table for both our dogs. Both have dietary restrictions, and one has been on a weight loss diet for a few years. They both love what we've tried so far. We are using the freeze-dried as a topper(50% of their meal) due to their being on special kibble for dietary reasons. Our girl pup is a picky eater, but she has been gobbling her food since we starte with The Pets Table. After they have been on this food for a few weeks, I'll do a more complete review, but so far so good. Also, I like that the company reaches out to check in. This is a nice touch. My dog recognizes the box when it is delivered and can't wait to open it. He loves the food which makes both of us happy. Easy to order quick delivery.

The food sat well with my dogs picky gut. Its the only food that didnt make her break out in allergic reactions and helped her be the happy pup she wanted to be! I could change shipment dates easily and even switch recipes easily. But what really made me need to write this review is their customer service. We got a box of food the night before our dog died unexpectedly. We were tore up. I went to cancel all my future orders, explaining she passed before she even got to open that box. They refunded the entire shipment of food and said we could donate what we received however we saw fit. I know its a bit more expensive, but i have to say between the quality, the ease of functionality, and their truly warm customer service, i would order from them in a heartbeat.

Love the shelf stable moist food. Perfect for those of us with limited freezer space. My dog is crazy for the flavors offered. Yay!

What made my experience great? My dog went crazy when I opened the first package! And on my first box after the initial sample, he went bonkers. It was a fun evening watching him be excited for food. I primarily use The Pet's Table as a treat and topper. My dog picks out the pieces out from his bowl leaving his normal food. Managing the subscription is easy, straightforward, and I have the ability to delay shipments as needed. There is a difference in the quality of this food as well.

Horrible customer service! I contacted them with a simple question about the calories in their food portions. Instead of answering my question, I received responses that didn’t address my concern at all. Then, without my asking them to, they emailed me saying they had **paused my subscription**. I immediately replied, **“No! Please don’t pause my subscription—I just want my question answered.”** They paused it anyway, with no further communication. I only discovered what had happened when my dog food didn’t arrive and I logged into my account to find that my next shipment had been pushed all the way to **September**. Apparently Bongo wasn’t supposed to eat until then! All I wanted was an answer to a simple question about calories. Instead, I got poor communication, an unauthorized pause on my subscription, and no food for my dog. Needless to say, I canceled my subscription.
