Things are OK. The only thing that I have an issue is the container that they sent the lid will not stay shut. Not sure why.

My dog is extremely picky! I had ordered a few other fresh meal plans and he wouldn’t touch them. This is the first food I have found he will eat consistently!

Great experience so far. Tripp loves the food. Fast delivery. His poop is firm tootsie roll, type with very little smell

I was asked by The Pets Table to update/edit my review. Since ever word is true I will gladly update and make it even clearer. What they wanted me to say is that they gave me a refund for the junk they sent. They did that so thank you, but that was only after my review went live. They suggested I change my rate score. That I can not do. I spoke with them on the phone right after I tossed everything in the box. They could have, should had, offered that refund at that time. But at least they did it. Now, here are my issues. My box was delivered late and I received no notice it would be late, but okay, I can live with that. The box was delivered damaged. I can live with that as well. They say you get a nice container for the food. It was way too small. When I spoke to the them on the phone, I was told, "We know that." I suggest you get to a store and get some containers that fit or don't tell me you are sending one. This shows me their lack of care and makes me wonder what else is wrong here. I am feeding dogs here and that is of the utmost importance. I was promised a free sample box of freeze dried to try. There was nothing included, just the food. The food was frozen and that is fine, but it was so overly frozen that I could not get any of the packs apart and I tried. I then noticed a few little holes in 3 of the bags (freezer burn inside, just a little). I thought well it is frozen so if I can just get the bags to separate, maybe I can live with that. I could not get the bags apart and then I thought wait a minute, do these people really care about my dog. I decided they did not and tossed all the product for my dogs safety. It might have been fine, but I don't take a chance and with all the other issues, it was clear they are just not doing this right. I called to cancel. Dealing with the on line process was not easy and besides I wanted them to know how they messed up. Well, they knew they sent the wrong container and made no apologies for it --"We know that.". They said we will send you that freeze dried. I said great, as far as I am concerned I am owed it, but I am cancelling anyway. I was then rudely told I would not get the freeze dried at all. I can't remove my credit card from the site. They wrote to me after and only after they saw my review and said we will do that. It is now almost a month and it is still there. They also sent me a 15$ credit, but it is useless, you have to spend quite a lot to get get free shipping. I wrote/replied to them about this and they said their system just was not set up to send the one item. I know, go into the system, get in contact with me and ask what I want and send it or don't make promises you can't keep. These people are the worst. I am trying other brands. The Farmer's Dog is reliable and I have the right sized box, can separate the packages, it arrives on time and is not in a crushed box. I have also ordered frozen raw food and it came as promised. This is not hard. I don't believe that The Pet's Table cares at all. They just care to get good reviews. I can't do that. But again, thanks for the refund. It was truly the least you could do.

My dog loves the food and I love that she does. Wish the pieces were smaller for small dogs. I break it up. My issue is I don't have control of my subscription delivery. I have had a few food delivery and you could make any changes in your account but with them you can not.

My dog loves the food! Maybe a little too much as she wakes me up begging for it!! My only concern is that she still seems hungry after eating her suggested portion, but it might just be her tummy adjusting to the new food!
