Signed up for 3 dogs (standard poodles). Did the two week trial and next order was delivered. We did a 3 week transition but into 4 weeks of the food all 3 dogs have had excessive diarrhea and gastrointestinal issues. Vet advised to stop the food. Customer service is poor. When you call no one can help and even though they have a money back guarantee they refuse to refund. We spent over $800 dollars not to be able to use the food.

My puppy had been eating another brand of air-dried dog food. It worked great for my little guy. I could leave it out because he only eats when he is hungry. Anyway, I noticed your food in an ad on Facebook and decided to try it. Trial boxes are always a plus and a great incentive to try something. Both of us have liked your food better. One, it is more moist, meaning less crumbles. Second, he enjoys it so much that he usually eats it all when I put it down for him. Their reaction says it all! :)

Our dog Quinn is 11 and has congestive heart failure. She only ate kibble until about a month ago. Now she is eating the Pets Table wet food and the topper. She looks forward to her meals and her poop has returned to normal!
