Oh my goodness… what a horrible horrible experience! I tried several times to adjust the frequency of shipments based on what my dog was eating. They wouldn’t allow it. I tried and tried to go up the chain of representatives explaining that my dog (on vet’s suggestion) eats other food in addition to the freeze dried option I order to help with her gums/teeth. In doing this, she doesn’t eat as much as they send per month. I needed to scale back delivery to every 6weeks. Impossible I was told. They have lost a $260 per month order because they can’t adjust their delivery. Ridiculous!! And to top it off - rude! Too many other options to be treated this way. My cats get a monthly food delivery and it’s hassle free. I’m switching today! Beware and RUN RUN RUN from this company

My Boston loves the food! His coat is shiny & seems like his digestion seems much better! The reason I gave 4 stars vs 5 is because I feel it's a bit pricey.

My mini-aussie loves the chicken and sweet potato. He has a very sensitive digestive system and he is handling the chicken and sweet potato food well. I am thinking about adding the beef dinner with my next shipment. The cost for the air dried is more affordable, but still a bit expensive. I am retired and living on a fixed income, so I have to make sure what I spend is necessary. My dog's happiness is necessary.

This is the most easiest way to feed your dog(s)! Plus it's suppose to be very nutritious and better for your dogs than regular kibble. So far, my dog(s) are loving it and eating with no problem. I'm going to try a new flavor to see if they love it too!
