My dog loves his food. Customer service is overall good. Con- You have to measure your food very precisely otherwise you will run out before your next delivery. I have even ran out using level measuring cup so the con is do I really get enough food for my dog? Still working on this part

My dog absolutely loves this dry food. I tried the wet natural food from the other guys and he stopped eating it after a week. This dry food is by far his favorite.

I have 4 picky Maltipoo's and ALL of them LOVE this food. Their favorite is the Air dried Beef & Berries. Finally they don't sniff and walk away, they EAT!

The food is great and the pups love it. The Tupperware they give you to keep it in is cheap and doesn’t close tightly. I love my pups, but the price really is quite high…I will have to feed it as a supplement to their dry food in order to afford it.

My 5 yr. old Havanese is a picky eater. She will not eat wet food. She eats the dry food only if I add a little topper (usually a few bites from my plate). That saying, this is the first dry food that's been successful in getting her to eat it all. The toppers in this last shipment were a bust. She meticulously spit out every teeny tiny morsel!

I have 3 dogs and 2 really like the food and I am happy with how they seem to look and feel. My 3rd dog is very picky. He is slow to start eating, sometimes walking away but he eventually eats all of it. He looks and feels good as well. I would recommend this product.
