We have had a great experience. Our bull terrier had an upset stomach every day until we transitioned to Pet's Table. After multiple tests, our vet told us to try a new diet. Since then, our dog's issues have gone away, and he loves his meals. The shipments arrive as scheduled.

Penalized for their delivery failure! Avoid.I have been a loyal customer for a long time, but their customer service is a complete joke. My recent order was never delivered, and they didn't even bother to give me an explanation.When I contacted support, it got worse. They offered a partial credit of $67.00 but refused to reapply the discount coupon I used on the original order. They are literally forcing me to pay the difference and cover the coupon amount out of my own pocket for food I NEVER received.I am being financially punished because they failed to deliver my order. Absolutely unacceptable way to treat long-term customers. Take your business somewhere that actually fulfills their orders and values your loyalty.

I ordered the two week trial for each of my two dogs. This rather small quantity of dog food came into fairly large square boxes which allowed the bags of freeze-dried food to flop around during Transit. One bag I noticed immediately had turned almost completely to dust and when I brought it to their attention they did offer me a credit for it however upon feeding the rest of it I have discovered that at least a third of all the other bags have been pulverized to the point that they're unusable and inedible. My dogs can't eat food dust. The food that was there they seem to enjoy but way too much waste for me to ever order again. Edit: I had originally given them OnStar but they have reached out to me and not only offered a refund but have told me that they were going to look into their packaging to make sure it doesn't continue to happen. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to look into the situation. I will give them another try.

The Pet's Table is great. My dog seems to really enjoy his food now. I have also noticed that he isn't losing his hair that much anymore. We will definitely continue to use this brand.
