I was trying fresh pet before this and within the first few days of the trial my dog became very sick and needed a vet visit and I switched to pets table for a last resort for her. She is a Frenchie that is seven and has always struggled with allergies. Pets table was very good about their customer service when I missed my order window and my food was thawed! They sent a new box right away! Also not to mention my dog is such a picky eater and she LICKS her bowl clean every day!

My dogs liked the air dried food, however, their customer service is abysmal. I was overcharged over $80 for a box of food. When I sent an email to try to get it corrected, I received an email asking me for additional information, from a no reply address and with no address given to which I was to reply. I sent the information back through the original care@thepetstable address, and received no response. I forwarded that email and said I was waiting for a reply, and I received an email stating “Please do share the reason for contact so that we can assist you.” I again sent the information, stating that I believed I was overcharged, and my response was this: Your order [] which is the Dry Turkey, Dry Beef, Dry Salmon and the price of that order was $ 108.06. Your order [] which is Dry Turkey, Dry Beef, Dry Salmon and the price of that order is $ 148.81. These boxes contained the same amount of food and the more expensive was supposed to be an introductory offer of 50% off and should have been about $67 with shipping. No explanation. No offer for a refund.

The Pets Table is the first company we have used for non-processed dog food. Our Zoey loves it and she is so excited in the morning to have her breakfast.

When we chose to upgrade our pup's food from kibble to fresh and air dried food to improve her health, after researching our options, we chose The Pet's Table. Now, instead of sniffing her bowl at mealtime and walking away...then finally eating when she got hungry enough, she comes to me at mealtime and can't wait to eat! We are trying different flavor options, but will have a hard time deciding which ones she loves best, as she licks her bowl clean with each different dish!

The timely fashion between ordering date and delivery date and the advanced date on when the next delivery will be made. I love the little extras that are added to the boxes. My little Yorkie loves the belly bites that I am going to order them again and,yes, she licks her bowl clean after every meal. Thank you for a very nutritional dog food that is easy to feed and my puppy loves.

It shelf stable very nutritious and my dog likes it doesn't take freezers space and it's less expensive than the brand that I was using

We have 2 very picky American Staffordshire Terriers. They love this food. We've tried all of the flavors of the air dried, and their favorites are Turkey, Lamb and Chicken. The customer service staff are so helpful and kind. We are definitely staying with Pets Table
