The Pets TableReviews of thepetstable.com

My pup loves the Pets Table food. He is a grazer but upon first trying the Pets Table, he was emptying his whole bowl at once. After a month, he finally realizes it isn't going away and he is back to grazing. He is a happy dog.

Pets table is great my pup loves their food and is very convenient, also their customer service is top notch always very willing and very friendly to help solve any problems that you are having love pets table thank you all

My 2 dogs are actually eating everything. I tried the frozen, shelf and dry food. They are eating everything and I've been trying everything on the market. If they would even eat something, it would only last a few days. So far so good. I'm about to put my second order in after pushing the date back to make sure they are still eating it.

I ordered The Pet’s Table for my dog. Following the recommendations, I slowly added it to her food. Unfortunately, it gave her diarrhea even though she was getting a small amount. I contacted the company through customer service and they said they did not offer refunds. I asked for all future shipments to be stopped. Here is where the company failed me. The first associate emailed me that the next shipment would be stopped. The next day I saw it was still being processed. I sent multiple emails stating it was suppose to be discontinued. Each email was answered by a different customer service rep who would ask a follow up question but their email was always a “no reply” address so I would have to start all over with a new email by me sent to the general customer service address. Within a day I decided to call the phone number. A very nice customer service rep spoke to me and said it would all be managed, that when I received the package to just “donate it” and that I would be refunded. Also, she stated, I would get a phone call from “their team” to discuss the problems I had with the original emails. NO ONE ever called me and I still got the package and the charge for 140.00!! I had my credit card company dispute it but the Pet’s Table ignored all the evidence I kept, all the emails and the phone call- refused to have the unopened box returned and maintained that their charge was valid. My credit card sided with them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 10/15/26… Company responded to this review that they would “reach out to me”. Still haven’t heard from them. This is what they do when there is an issue. They promise a resolution and then you never hear from them.

My dog loved the food, but it’s $77 plus shipping coming out to $95/ month. I moved, called them with new address as soon as I had it. Even though they hadn’t shipped it yet it was after their cut-off date. They made no effort to help me. I’m on a fixed income, so there is no paying for it twice in one month. Now it’s 3 weeks till next payday, I got told there is nothing they can do, just another company out for money not pets or people.

My schnauzer tried the Farmers Dog and got tired of it very quickly. Their food was dry and he just stopped eating it. I switched to The Pets Table and he now finishes each serving. The food comes out of the pouch with a bit of liquid, so it’s not dry at all. We tried chicken, beef and turkey so far, and he loves all three.

Shipping was prompt~~ and my two dogs LOVE the food. Two flavors ordered and both are hits!!

I’d give them no stars but that was not an option . Upon ordering the trial box I wanted to confirm that I would still be receiving the trial box I had already been billed for since in my dashboard it showed no deliveries scheduled. I reached out to chat support and the gentleman Josh was too fast and not reading through my ask and cancelled my trial box and then I couldn’t get it resent without reactivating and not at the trial price and then the delivery was now over 3 weeks out …. I tell him again what I needed and he proceeded to deactivate the account so I could do everything all over again . At this point after over an hr of dealing with this I decided I did not want anything to do with a company like this . They had already billed me then couldn’t find the account to refund the money too because Josh from chat support had deactivated my account and I was not doing this again . After 3 calls and being hung up on once I talked to a supervisor who said they have no visibility into this and the payments team would be handling it going forward and he would send me and email today or Monday with a refund update . It was ridiculous and off putting never again and this includes their sister company hello fresh !
