I can honestly say my pet loves the food. I use the moist kibble and have not tried the shelf stable boxes or frozen. I currently subscribe to a different brand of the frozen dog food that is delivered to my home. While my dog seems to like this particular brand, it may sit in the bowl for a short time before she eats. I sometimes have to put it back in the fridge so as not to spoil. The Pets Table food is consumed immediately upon placing the bowl down each and every time. I feed frozen in the AM and Pets Table in the PM.

I have very picky bulldogs and they love this food

The transition from old food to the new pets table food, was very seamless. No diarrhea or upset stomach. He loves his new food and we have noticed a huge difference in his walking, going up and downstairs.

I decided to give this a try after my two picky eaters started refusing the food I used to give them. I’ll start by saying the freeze dried food was so weird. Such large, hard pieces that my Yorkies could never eat, especially my 16 year old. I had to put it in the food processor and sprinkle it over the fridge fresh food for them to eat it. Then after a couple of days my dogs started to be picky again. I reached out to customer service since they supposedly have a guarantee but no one ever responded. I’m on to the next food brand. Maybe this works for others but I’m still on the hunts

Zeke has been raised for 6 months on one particular name-brand dog food. He has always had the same flavor. I decided to give The Pets Table a try. Zeke went from a grazer to a finish-his-meal kind of dog in less than a week. He loves the chicken and beef flavors the best. Zeke wants to be The Pets Table's barksperson!

came across their ad where you get 50% off your first order and a free fi tracker on the second. first order was okay, promotion went as promoted. however, on the second order I do not see any details about the fi collar upon the order confirmation email. contacted them to ask about it and customer service just brushed it off and push the blame to the fi collar company saying that they are just collaboration and they will only be able to check the availability of the VOUCHER given and nothing else. when I mentioned that I did not in fact receive any vouchers or code they kept pushing me back to my email where I checked at least 3 times and no voucher was issued. requested for a refund for the second order since promotion is not guaranteed and that order hasnt even been packed but customer service rejected quoting that "it is after cut off" . price wise, the second box was four times the price of the first box. in addition, my dog doesnt like the food at all! shes a food motivated husky that has a full fish diet and still refused their salmon flavoured bites. I tried to ask if theres a possibility I could change my order to another flavour or product but they gave the same reason where " it is after cutoff". so dont bother buying from them if your pet is sensitive or a fussy eater. their customer service is the worst that I have seen that does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and their food quality isnt as good as they promoted either.

I went to their website specifically to order some food for our 2 dogs, but then I saw an ad where they thought it was a good idea to put down another The Farmer's Dog. I won't order anything from a company that thinks blasting a company who's been around for years trying to get good food to our dogs. There's no excuse for that.

I bought the variety pack of the air dried food. My dog loved the taste but it was bad. I tried to transition my pom 1 year old to the beef and it wrecked her digestion and she now has pancreatitis. Second vet visit today was expensive to find this out. Pets table wouldn't give me a refund because I reached out to them just past 30 days of purchase. Took me a while to reach out for a refund because it took a while to receive the product then I slowly tried to transition to the beef then the turkey. Thought the beef making mushy poo over a week period was because beef can be harder to digest but turkey did the same thing. Then like I said it eventually turned into pancreatitis. My dog didn't tolerate the high fat content in this food apparently and this company doesn't care it happened to give me a refund which wouldn't even dent the $1000 vet bills I've paid because of it.
