We had an issue with our last Petlab.co auto shipment. We only received a partial shipment of our normal order. It’s an auto shipment ever other month for our dogs digestive health. The shipping list states the correct amount but we only received one of our items. Hey mistakes happen. I sent Petlab.co an email to their customer service department informing of the mistake and within 1 day a replacement item was sent and fulfilled our original order. They righted the mistake and did so in a extremely timely manner. We love this company for all the items they sell to support the health and wellness of our family members. This makes me want to start purchasing more items for our pets. So thanks Petlab.co for the amazing customer service and responding quickly to our email about the issue. Customers for life and thank you for all you do. Loyal pup Parents, David and Jill Drewell

Cheap product and customer service is horrible. I reached out to return a product I received only a few days ago. I can’t get them to respond to me and tell me how to send a return. I won’t be buying from them again.
