Overall great experience & very pleased with the products/customer service.

Delivery of product was on time even sooner than expected.My dog likes the probiotic chew and doesn't resist at all to take it.Importantly ..her constant head shaking paw licking and scratching is subsiding.She is able to rest more frequently. I think that in a couple of more months her issues will resolve for her betterment.I regret that I didn't continue giving her this product when I first ordered it prior several months ago.

Honesty, fast service, great customer service with excellent products. My best friend is no longer chewing and licking his feet. He was so miserable till he started on this product and he loves his treats.

I was thrilled to get free jerky for my dog when his prebiotic chews arrived. Also, when I received my bill for the auto shipment, I was elated that there was no upcharge. So far, I can't say I've noticed much change as far as paw licking. My dog was REAAAALLLY gnawing away at one of his back paws the other night and when I looked at it yesterday, l could see that it was raw, so, not I am not impressed. Plus, when I took him out one morning, he started eating grass. He has been through two containers of Petlab prebiotic chews, so l would expect to see better results by now. Also, $30 for 30 chews @ 3 chews a day for a lrg dog only lasts 10 days, so the price of one container is exorbitant, especially when they don't seem to be helping. I gave my dog another brand of probiotic chews that I found on Amazon prior to ordering the PetLab brand. They stank like 💩, and l am not exaggerating, Even though there was a generous amount of chews in the container, I could not get past the smell, so when I saw my pet eating grass a month after being on the other brand, l canceled the auto shipment immediately. I am going to give Petlab chews another month since the next shipment is already on the way. I hope to be able to give a 5 star review IF and only if the paw licking stops.

I am not very happy because I asked to not receive anymore of a product and just a few days ago I received another order. Can’t your people please get their orders correct?
