The order was lost
The order was lost, my dog needed that order now, and I was told this order would have come sooner, I wasn't told that I would have to pay extra to have an emergency order made. My dog is old and shaking her head, this could give her a hematoma, my dog means the world to me, PetLab Co disappoints me. First you force me to make an extra order which I didn't have the money for in the first place, then you don't deliver it on time.

Incredible company
Incredible company, customer service, AND product. The product nearly eliminated my senior dog's nearly chronic yeast infection - ears, feet and vulva. She's so much more energetic and happy, that it makes the investment worth every cent. I bought it through PayPal only to find out my PayPal shipping address was wrong. PetLab replaced that shipment that went to the wrong address and was never returned. THANK YOU!

Great customer service
I had an issue with my initial delivery - at least one of the bottles had leaked into the mailer. I really appreciate how quickly the issue was addressed and the new, sealed bottles were sent out. Please note, I have slowed/cancelled my next shipment because my pet needs have changed, not because of any dissatisfaction with customer service.

The folks that helped me choose a…
The folks that helped me choose a product that helps keep my dog, Hannah, healthy. She will be 13 in February 2024. Right now, I do not have the resources to purchase a much needed single pill that offers a longer length of protection from fleas and ticks. When that changes (soon), I will call on you folks again to get the necessary product. For now, I truly am grateful for the Probiotic Chews that help her overcome itching, sleep better, and seems to give her more strength for walks along the 3 streets that comprise our neighborhood.
