More notification before subscription is shipped should be made so that we can adjust delivery date. Also future calendar for delivery date is too short

I have not received my order, the delivery personal doesn't know what happened to it. They are investigating but have no answers as to where it is. It's been 3 weeks since I was supposed to have got my order. Meanwhile, my dog hasn't had any treats to help her yeast issues.

A little expensive at almost $50 every month and I don’t notice a benefit for my dog. I also get the small dog one and it did not give an option for a large dog one.

I have a subscription for my 2 pups for two different products. I only received a partial order and the customer service I received was great! The rest of the order was being reprocessed and shipping expedited. I also appreciate that it felt like a real person and not someone just following a script, wasting my time. Thank you!
