Hi Jojo, We're sorry to know the product did not provide the benefits you were hoping for. We understand that every dog is unique and what suits one may not suit all. We would like to look into this further to see if there's anything we can help. Could you please share with us your Order ID? Sincerely, PetLab Co.

I love the PetLab Tooth powder for my girls. They get it in their dinner and it makes their breath smell great!

Petlab has always sent the product as promised and for my 15 year old the joint support has really been a big benefit and for that I am thankful. My younger dog does well too.

Product is good but I have been trying to cancel the subscription as I no longer need it and cannot cancel without paying a cancellation fee of $14 which I think is absurd!!!
Response from PetLabCo.Oct 7, 2024

If you could share your order ID, we’ll make sure one of our representatives gets in touch with you to take care of everything. Thank you! Best regards, PetLab Co.
